Default rear disc brake conversion

Hi just wondering if anybody has done a rear disc brake conversion for the D35(on stock 15" rims), if so what brakes have you used?have read go 'jeeps page and he said you can use AU falcon series 2/3 rear brakes, can any body post pics of them doing the conversion?

any help would be appreciated

go jeeps ford brake conversion works very well...i have had this conversion once on a d35 (actually his old set up). now i have a ZJ disc conv on D44

ok so went to the wreckers to day and got the calipers, rotors and backing plate for a series 2 AU Falcon, what other parts do we need, only asking because i am a bit confussed as to what we need for the d35 as gojeeps site shows d44 and 35 together
