im looking at getting an exaust for my 95 xj after hearing alot of v8 rumbling youtube vids on xj's in the states
what setup im aus am i looking at to get this nice rumble and what kinda price

I just had a got a 2 1/4 inch free flow type muffler fitted for $100. I can't say that it has made the Jeep any quicker or anything but it certainly sounds better, and yes it sounds much like a V8.

Mine sounds close to a small v8. no commodore but its pretty good. 2.5" system Straight through muffler. dumpped at the rear diff. ill take some video tomorrow for you. hard to pick up the sound tho so ill do a few drive buys down my street.

Ok well i paid 40 bucks for 3meters of 2.5" mild steel pipe. the muffler was abut 50 bucks for a redback centre/offset one. which is straight though.

here is the video i said i would take. sorry for the crap sound i think i stuffed the MIC up from too loud bass from the subs lol.
