Thanks for the welcome.
Yep, can't go past a flat fender.
Unfortunately I'm in Kalgoorlie at the moment & the jeep is in Newcastle but when I get back to newie I intend to get a few shots off.

Default My stocky baby

Um,
My 74 CJ5 is stock except for ;
Fibreglass bonnet and guards,
Seats from Honda Integra,
SAAS steering wheel,
Alloy Delta Mags,
..................................
My 73 Wagoneer has been modded a bit with;
360 (on gas and petrol) married to a T18 4 speed box(needs work)
It originally had a 258 behind a column shift auto.
Front end from a later model Cherokee (better looking grille)
Plusho red velvety type seats (from what I dont know)
Noisy Holden power steering box (insanely light steering!)
Bomb proof STEEL Hub locks - No alloy crap here!

Still theres always stuff to repair before I can afford any more mods DOH!

it's all relative in the jeep world. Great to see all the old trucks still getting along. I've been contemplating getting a late model FSJ myself ( wife's pregnent with our first & we're going to need more seats).

Default 84 FSJ Limited

Well last weekend saw me take possession of a 84 360 FSJ Limited. I had been chasing one of these as a toy and (tow truck for my ski boat) for a number of months and I was getting sick of looking at some of the crap people were offering and wanting top dollar.

Well I pretty much bought my ole girl on first sight. As per any FSJ she has her limitations and she needs some work but mostly she is a good runner with bugger all rust and trustworthy. Main thing I want to clean up is the weeping transfer case, suggestions (selec-trac model)?

Photos to come.
