Default Change of Recommendation;

If anyone remembers the filter mob I recommended , well I have withdrawn my recommendation ...... I recently had an order which ended up being the wrong one, they got very stroppy and abusive when I pointed out the filter manufacturer doesn't even recommend it, so Ive dropped them as my preferred supplier...no more yellow boxes in my shed, the listings are just too far out of date................. Might just use RYCO instead, on special from Repco of course....
Double check the numbers as often they are going on 2013 models and things have changed.

Funny you should mention that my MY13 takes and always has the longer “0” ring oil filter. Was changed from the MY11-12 but filter suppliers lump the 13 in with the others.

Evidently they buy in the specs from a third party supplier and don’t really check whether there right or not

If the dollar becomes stronger I will buy genuine Mopar from USA or Ryco if not

Could be worse look at the counterfeit Toyota filters coming in, just like Penfold’s wine in China

Yet most suppliers still list the same filter with the O ring at the close tot he housing, I use RYCO numbers as they are common the R2737P is the one with the O ring close to the housing while the R2736P is the one with the O ring at the end of the bit ............. many listings still have their version of the 2737P as the one for Grands, the 2736P is also used in the Captiva diesel..... but both have worked in mine without drama...... I would be more worried about Mopar knock offs since they are made in china anyway, well last ones I saw were....

These filters relate to the diesels.

Ditto. My last 2 oil filters have been Ryco R2737P without any issues.

Not so much the brand its the supplier, wants the word of mouth but has a bad attitude if you don't agree with him, mentioned in a few reviews on Google about them as well, just easy enough for me to spend my few hundred $$$ a year elsewhere ............... but I won't name him on here, been to long with AJOR to bring possible grief to the site......
