The ones in the winscreen hinges are just bloooooming tight no rust, grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Ones on the screen just grab a decent hair dryer or heat gun. Heat them up, don't go crazy with heat but hot enough not to touch. Then give them a go.
This makes the locktight a bit softer and also makes the outer area of the bolt head expand. Done windscreen hinges to death and this was the best way I found to get them undone.

go and buy yourself some penetreen - works a friggin treat!
(pentraiting oil)
if that dont work then you can always go old fashioned and drill em out (very carefully) - if you need to get someone to do this for you contact the Heli-coil man - they do this all day long removing stuffed bolts - might surprise you with his skill.....

If for some reason that you actually drill these screws leaving them broken and in pieces where can you atually get some replacement for this DAM torque screws.

Any real Bolt shop would have them..Not so special,really
Our bolt shop,(Buffalo Bolt Co) Emerald,Qld has them as normal stock line (black) so wherever you are,there should be a "real" bolt shop not to far away..Mite pay to put them in with,say,Loctite™ 222 (low strength thread locker) then you won't have to over-tighten them.BOL
