All of a sudden, or had some issues with this already in the past?

Tyres are well and truly shagged.
Tyres had crossed my mind and was thinking of throwing the stock tyres on tomorrow to try it out and see. I am saving desperately for a new set before camp coffs.

I can guarantee it's the tyres. It's scary when it shakes and spears off. I couldn't go over 80 with mine. It happened all of a sudden too. There was no gradual wobble or buildup.

I've had twice before but only very minor. I actually balanced the wheels at lunch today because of it lol. Then on the way home it hit hard around 80km/h under hard acceleration.

My tyres were feathered and scalloped. They also had chunks out of the tread from rocks. I also tried balancing. They balanced up ok but there was no change on the way home. I just kept it around 80 until I got the tyres on a few weeks later.

Sounds same as mine. But mine are at about 90% worn. Unfortunately I won't be able to afford tyres for another 2-3 months. At least I have the originals which have a heap of tread. Will give the whole front end a going over tonight/tomorrow to be sure.

I certainly wouldn't be using oil that heavy in the t/case despite what valvoline suggest as it's not what Chrysler specify, there's a huge difference in viscosity between those two oils...
