Yes this girl has 3mm ally plates underneath and they came out unscathed..amazing . It was the knock to the front drivers side that has left me with a funny noise on take off but other then that , drives like a dream .
The prerunner is great no hassles.
Clearance is always the issue , but I’m not about to put a lift kit in it
I agree grippy those plastic covers under the tank are not great ….the may pictures may show the rock that wedged under there.. could have been worse.
Was just reading a post about diff breathers …. Might look a that next

On eof the first things I did to mine was the Custom Off Road plates, good value........... I have a fuel filter panel I made for my Colorado, same unit as the Jeep, been going to make another for this rig but one that is easy to remove for filter changes, have thought about tank plates but I don't do the hard stuff anymore if I did I would have a better suited vehicle for the old tracks I used to travel...... when the Landrovers undercarriage got hit in some spots I would hate to think what would happen under this rig.... or any of these modern jiggers not just the Jeep.

You are not wrong, bloody expensive to own one and there is a lot more electronics and complication that can go wrong. It’s a superior car but unless you have deep pockets, stick to the jeep. Parts are made to wear sooner than most other cars.
