I ran it through the same grommit on the drivers side hood opening cable. PITA, but once I split the 3/4 wires up and slide them through one by one it was possible.

There maybe a better option, I will later revise when I replace the lightbar with some Stedi driving lights.

Thanks i appreciate it.

This lightbar install has beaten me I’m afraid to say.

I decided I was going to run the switch wire through the passenger side firewall using the same grommet that I used for the UHF cable, but it would mean extending the length although that is a relatively easy job. The helpful pics of the driver side access using the bonnet release cable hole was in my opinion impossible for my big fat hands. I tried......

I spent a couple of hours attempting to source the drivers side headlight high beam plug to no avail and much cursing. This was my biggest stumbling block and I think I will now get it done at my local auto electrician.

For anyone not afraid to drop around $1000 on a set of quality spotlights you can't go past Narva's 215 LED's. They are ridiculously good!! I had Lightforce 240 HID's prior to that and I didn't think LED's would outperform HID's but boy was I wrong. The light is whiter, brighter, wider, longer, higher and instant. They turn night into day. The build quality is 2nd to none. I got mine for $440 each plus around $140 for the wiring harness. I can't recommend them highly enough.

You can also buy them as a kit from TJM (labelled as TJM Narva) that includes 2 lights, wiring harness and different coloured rings for $1100.

I used a coat hanger to feed the wire and poke through that grommit.
