Could they not try a high pressure water hose to blast the debris out?

Have you looked in the radiator to see if any parts are in there?

Try to change every 90000 Km
-Water pump
-Petrol pump
-Bell tension
-Alternator
Before we get trouble

I emailed them shortly after my comment, I'll let you know what they say.

Been googling this for a few weeks to be honest. I will be towing a heavy payload shortly with a new camper being built right now. The extra torque and KWs would be welcome. I can't find a lot on engine swaps for the KK. KJ is a different story.

Same engine bay and gearbox would be very similar if not identical.
