Default Sway Bar disconnect - off road group

I have a factory fitted front sway bar disconnect can anyone please tell me how long it takes to activate once the button is pressed?

I've only had my JK for 2 weeks and went offroad yesterday for the first time.

Thanks

I have a 2 door JK Rubicon which has the same disconnects as the off road group.
The Auto sway bars only dis engages in 4WD and you are doing speeds below 30Kmh (give or take).

If you are moving above that speed it will just flash and carry on.So if your are in 4WD (Hi or Lo) and moving below 30km, it should disconnect quickly. However, if is disconnected, as soon as the car speed goes over 30K it will connect again and the dash light will flash.

If the Sway bar is disconnected, you will notice the car handles differently,

Hope this helps,

Hi BRU555,
Try reading your owners information manual it gives you all the details. The speed it de activates is 40 klms per hour. It activates or de activates instantly.

it does vary depending on how level your vehicle is at the time, speed you are doing etc.
