Default 2.7 card Injector coding in WJ diog pro

We have had injectors 1 and 3 replaced and it's now down on power (At least 30%) and is using heaps of diesel. There are no fault codes using both WJ diag pro and a professional scan tool. Both injectors were installed but not coded in. Can anyone help?

You can code the injectors using Diag Pro. Take a close look on the top of the injectors for a number in a circle. It will be a 1, 2 or 3. That is the code you need to set.

The other thing to do is check all the injectors are sitting at the same height. Place a long ruler or straight edge across them. If any are sitting higher it indicates the mechanic probably did not remove the old sealing washer before inserting the new one. It's a common mistake. It also shows up as black smoke.

If you are using heaps of fuel (that is over-fueling) you should be seeing black smoke. Are you?

Yes, we are seeing black smoke.

My Diag Pro only gave me the option to use injector learn I couldn't find the option of where to code the injector codes in or check the injector code numbers.

I was there when the injector come out and they definitely remove the O-ring because they showed me the condition it was in

Following up on this and doing some more investigation we have found that the glow plug fuse has blown. Every time we replace the glow plug fuse for glow plugs 1 3 and 5 the fuse blows. We removed all glow plug caps and connected glow plug one and it blew the fuse we then removed 1 and connected 3 and it blew a new fuse we connected 2 and 4 and this fuse seems to be ok. We have tested all glow plugs and they have all tested fine with a reading of 0.65 ohms.
