Default 12 volt cut out

The question is, if I was to use a cutout for the Engel, and running from the rear cigarette plug, what voltage is best to cut out at Nd still leave enough power to start the diesel in my 2914 GC...

Easier just to run a second battery than risk flattening your start battery or having warm booze 👍

I wouldn't run my Engel from that cig socket at the back, they just don't have the cable for it, in mine the socket shuts off with the ignition.....since these things are electric everything and can pull a hissy fit at will I don't run any loads from the starting battery unless the engine is running but a decent cut out I would go for a fridge switch which will shut off the power once the vehicle is stationery with the ignition off after a couple of minutes, then you are sure it won't kill the show.
Best option is Grippys .

I went through the kimberelys running a 75 litre dometic freezer at -18 degrees for a month using the rear socket. You can have it turn on with the ignition or swap the fuse over in the engine bay and have it run all the time ,which I did)
A couple of days we never ran the GC so it wouldnt start the engine but I had one of these

Leave the fridge at medium cutout but if you are going to run a fridge from the start battery, a lithium jump stater pack is a handy investment.

You can pick them up for around $250 and they are small enough that they can sit under the seat.
