Okay that looks brilliant, serious amount of skill involved there. If you could paint in a satin black to match the interior I would pay good money for one. Well done!

Thanks mate that be good, would help others on here too thinking of going the iPad way. I’m thinking the only real negative is losing the AM FM radio but might be wrong.

Hey bud, so there are thousands of ways and components to do this. The most basic is an Ipad to istreamer, then istreamer to an amp. But doing it this way, it has to be a JL AMP with a remote volume control, because the istream defaults the volume to full. I don’t know if any other brand has remote volume option.

The other option is to install a regular head unit in the glovebox or something like that, and USB port directly to that (get one with a remote so you can flick between am/fm and the iPad).. my brother went the istreamer option and the sound quality is amazing.. plus you can stream music/ radio on it also..
