Blackjack Welding in WA......very HD recovery points that bolt to the chassis rails and you cut a slot in the plastic bumper.

Mopar makes rear recovery hooks that are fitted to US Rubicons and factory bumper. I went with ARB bars.

Yes. And if you buy one of his rear bars, they are attached, fully welded, to the over engineered, very HD recovery points which he uses as the mount.
In other words, the bar is attached to the recovery points, not the other way around.
I'm sure others do it this way as well, but I just happen to have one of these so I know.
They are by far the strongest and most substantial recovery points on my Jeep.
