Nah you can see the shaft of the arm moving back and forth before the drag link starts to move. Already adjusted as much as possible

You know there is a replaceable bearing that the P arm runs in. Sounds like its failed.

Can this be replaced without disassembling the entire steering box?

Found out that the alloy radiators on eBay have the tabs for the fan shroud and electric fan in the wrong place
