Well done Anthony.
Yes the inside of the house has come along nicely. Love the new deck mate.

Had another valuation done today. I might have found a lender who will lend on a 90% complete house. Not a bank but a credit union. Only catch was I had to pay the $365 bucks upfront for to get it valued. Really hoping I can finally get the veranda on a carpet laid and have the place signed off before my building permit extension runs out at the end of Nov this year.

Couple of pics. The kitchen now only needs bench tops. I tried to install my range hood but the butterfly wall hangers began to pull through the plaster from the weight of the unit. Ended up cutting a hole in the wall and screwing in two extra noggins and stopped the wall back up. Need to sand and give it another skim then paint tomorrow and I should be right screw it safely to the wall.

Almost finished the laundry. I have a door to replace the one on the sink cabinet so everything sits flush and nicely matches.

They do look good Rusty!!! But my mum in her desert boots could have done just a good a job.....

I finally have been approved for finance on my 90% finished house. Stoked as I can soon get my veranda finished and carpet the bedrooms. In the meantime I have borrowed a bit of the GF until my funds come through and I have started my stove splash back. Thanks to Rusty I was able to have a go at tiling it myself as I took note of how he did the wall tiling. I'm 8 tiles short but I bought all that Bunnings had yesterday. Only thing I am gonna struggle with is cutting the top row as I haven't grasped the knack of cutting ties and them not cracking out.
