Yeah scangauge shows trans temp. Appear fine.
Recently added trans cooler, did it before that though.
Cant be sure if it happened before GDE tune though...

They don't usually lockup until the trans has sufficiently warmed up, and often the software will command they unlock if the trans gets to hot.

Your cooler maybe keeping the trans too cool??

Mine does the exact same thing it's normal as other said about torque converter locking up I have had mine since new in 2009 always done it

This is a good point...although keeping a JK CRD 'too' cool is a problem many of us would love to experience

What tyres and diff ratios do you have, like midnight mods said measure the tyre it maybe 35" on paper but measures up 33.5".

Tires are 33's.
Maybe the AEV procal thing isn't correct, i might try changing the tire setting on that to see if anything changes... if i ever drive my CRD again that is. [requires rebuild atm].
