Default Dual battery set up

Hey guys I'm looking into dual battery set up for my 4door jk. I would prefer it in the boot above the wheel arch. Just wanted to know what people are using in their set ups. Mounting, Battery, isolator, fuses etc.

Thanks people.

Its in the boot under the floor out of the way
My first set up was a National Luna duel Battery controller, it was a good unit when I first bought it about 8years ago .
I have a diesel so the second battery was a Blue Apple battery pack, what was connected with a 125amp Anderson plug. I use to keep it in the passenger foot well, when we went camping and remove it when not in use.
It worked ok but not ideal, about 2 months I cut the rear boot out and installed a larger storage tube. I should of done this in the beginning but I didn't want to cut into a brand new car, now the car is old who cares now.

That looks really clean. Are you running the cables through the chassis or under the carpet through the firewall?

I've been running the Springtail Solutions MOLLE racks for 18months ish now.
ARB twin compressor on the LHS and Optima D31 blue top on the RHS. Battery control is via a Projecta DBC150 mounted under the bonnet next to the brake booster on the firewall.
I'll post up some pics when I get home.

I Run a BCDC 40AMP charger so just needed one wire from battery, ran that one along the chassis. The earth I got from chassis, the switching wire to activate the relay I got from the dash cig socket .Ran that one under the carpet. The BCDC Charger is right next to my aux battery.
