Picked up my sliders yesterday, thought about fitting them, but didnt have the right drill bit. Off to total tools to pick up the right bit during the week!!

Then during the week, the jobs are:
Mount my front seats, finish the cargo area, mount my sliders and snorkel

Just bought one

Got the quote to get my bottom end all sorted out, $2500 sounds a bit steep, rang and spoke to Zane at jeep engines, really knows his stuff, his quote was much better, but still a little more than what I wanted to spend.

So put a shout out in the wanted section and Jake came to the rescue, buying a short motor off him.

Toying with the idea of a stroker for my now pretty useless short motor, but is more of a long term plan

My snorkel arrived yesterday, an eBay cheapy, essentially a Safari Snorkel copy.

The instructions that came with it must be pretty generic, it tells you to use a 70mm holesaw, the inlet into the guard is 76mm!!

Managed to mount the snorkel to the guard last night before the drill packed it in, just need to cut another hole under the airbox to run the flexible piping. Then remount my washer bottle.

Jake dropped off my bottom end last night, just have to get everything sorted for that now.
