i came up with (from the O-ring on the dipstick): 51.5cm to the full mark and 53.2cm to the add mark (crosshatch between these)...does it look like the end of the dipstick broke or more like it a corrosive failure? id be wondering but my guess is it broke from years of flex doing the old in and out...this would concern me if its floating around in the pan and you do much hard 4 wheelin with a lot of bounce...maybe time to do the rear main (if its leaking) and get that out eh?
