Fixed the D/S tailgate strut, AGAIN. It's torn out of the pillar and doesn't seem to want to accept any help I give it.
I need some good antirejection drugs

The last time I repaired it, I fed a nut on a strip of tin down into the pillar and simply screwed the post into it. Well, it decided to chew the buggery out of the pillar!!

Did the same tonight but used a washer on the outside. See how long it lasts this time...

Started to trim the inners of the rear guards for more wheel room, then got fed up trying to use a hacksaw. Will grab the 5" grinder from work tomorrow.

I might be able to weld a plate on it if your come down for camp coffs?
