Sorry to dig up an old thread but I can finally give a proper answer.
The tyres got a proper workout this weekend on the way to Lowell’s flat campground in the Brindabella National Park. They performed brilliantly. The road was in fairly poor condition with long stretches of sharp craggy rocks and also plenty of loose sections. Many, many steep climbs and descents through more rock as well as powder-like loose dust surfaces.
Was aired down to about 24psi. No chipping or anything like that off the tyures. When I took the same track last year I did it in road tyres easily, but now I’d say it’s very risky to go on anything but A/Ts or better.
Really happy with the tyres on-road and in the wet too
Cheers
