yeah rear wheel carrier, that angles in and follows the angle of the rear window and can carry a 35x13.5

Preferably something that allows the windscreen to still be dropped easily.....

Another idea of mine where a tube rack is made to bolt on the bed of the rear of the TJ and clamped arounf the rool cage. The rack relocates the factory tyre carrier so that larger trres can be carried and has exra brackets (not shown) for hi-lift jacks, shovels and stuff.

again this pic has no reall bearing on actural dimensions....it was just me throwing up ideas.

Big T i agree that it probably looks good when all folded in but it just doesnt seem practical. The whole idea of a swingaway (or what i think anyway) is to remove the weight of a massive tire off the stock rear tail gate.

I think that's a normal size tyre on the tailgate there.

The other swing away thing holds two Jerrys off the rear bumper.
A way to carry extra fuel.
