Thats terrifying, its scary enough driving the front up on my steel ramps and you certainly easily get yourself in a lot of strife trying to put it up on 2 sets... The pine garden sleepers is a cheaper and safer way to do it all and you won't damage the vehicle if you roll off one..... 4 x 2.4 sleepers cut in half, screw them together with batten screws, slice one end to form a ramp and the off cut can be used as a chock and a bit of timber screwed to the end of the ramp as a wheel stop and your done, if you want more height add another length which should give you about 150mm...... and you would still be under $100....

Removing the bash plates is such a poxy job...............

I could see the ramps launching fore and aft taking out all manner of things.....

As Drover stated in an earlier post, Low Range is the go, as it simply idle's up, won't hurt nothing as you're only moving a few feet in a straight line, when you're up, simply put it in neutral, flick it back in High Range, done

Brutha stay away from the double ramp idea...it WILL bite u firmly on the tender bits....it simply isnt safe in any shape or form.....go the local mechanic if thats your thinking.....STAY SAFE mate

Yeah, was thinking the same thing, outward pressure being half way up on tge ramps might not be so good.
As mentioned, be so much easier with a pit !!
The sleeper idea is good one.
Thinking about it, if you did have the front up on ramps, i would think if you measured what drained out of the front diff and refilled the same amount it would be fine as the diff is tilted back on a slight angle anyway.
