Our other car is also a shitbox. VX Commodore wagon. Woo hoo.

But loves me Kato dirters. Just in case there are any other Kato or dirt bike fans in here that are interested, and haven't seen it on the dirt bike forums...

2013 KTM 300 SX-W specialé.
It's a bituvva build I did last year actually. I stripped it down straight from the shop before I even rode it.

It's a 250 SX. Which I converted to be a 300 SX using all SX bits. Barrel, piston, head, PV, CDI, jetting, FMF KTM Powerparts Factory pipe, Powerparts Six Days silencer.

While I did that I also converted it to a wide ratio six speed (they come as a close ratio five speed).

Plus I put a Clake on it and removed the rear brake foot lever.

I convert it to supermoto during the hotter seasons. It's got rec reg only, so technically hitting the Great Ocean Road on it would be frowned upon by some, I don't really give a shit though, because it's a ball tearer out there

If you look closely in the pic, when In SM guise it also has a Berringer Aerotech six piston front brake and decent MC. It's wicked quick, and stops ridiculously well.

I also have an 08' KTM 530 EXC-R that is in SM guise at the moment. But I also put it in dirt mode for high country rides, beach or dessert trips and the occasional Paddys blat.

Nice Patrol mate.

I just stumbled upon this thread, interesting. My other drive besides the WH Grand is a GU Patrol:

I'm thinking if raising it a bit, 2" lift and 1" in tyres, which will mean that I won't fit in many shopping centre carparks. I already hit the chain suspended clearance sign with the rear roof rack and I just keep away from lower sections inside the carpark, but with the lift of 3" in total, it will be a no go zone thereafter.
