Have done this my friend. Not a great deal different but ill do it again when I have time

Im also just contemplating what to do. I wanna get it up in the air and check for tyre/rim run out and check my axle shaft unis/front hubs..... I have a feeling these 3 are potentially causing me massive issues with the constant vibes I get.... It is not necessarily speed dependent. It occurs over 30kmh and just doesnt stop the whole time within legal speed limits. It gets a bit worse as speed increases but not dramatically. I feel the 'trr and ssc' (tyre radial runout and suspension component wear) on the chart on this website is my issue. A mechanical vibration, between 30kmh till 150kmh and wont happen under 30kmh which is my issue...

one way is to place the vehicle on 4 axles stands engage 4wd and visually see what the wheels are doing, runout etc..a helper is ideal

could be a bent alloy rim

its also quite easy to do a basic camber check of each wheel, see youtube
(that could be a bent axle tube)

what happened with the damaged/loose bolt in your front control arm?

Look I'll be honest with you, ever since I put my alloys on to my jeep, I've had vibrations.. I didn't complain about them before. I'm unsure wtf it is but I think I'll be checking if they're outta round tomorrow, will do the 4wd thing too. I have a suspicion it's the rims. Unsure though as I can't remember yesterday let alone how the car felt a few months ago.

Also I retightened the bolt and the clunk went away lol.

And camber is positive both sides on the front axle since the lift but vibes haven't changed.

I could always grab the 16" alloys off my ba falcon.....
Im taking the wheels to be balanced again by beaurepairs, had the car up in the air today and had heaps of run out on all 4 wheels. Hi and low spots on all 4 tyres. And the brake drums exhibited the same effect :/

Beaurepairs re seated two tyres, fixed somewhat. I still have the warpy look to my drums.... could it be a bent axle flange? I changed my axle shafts the other day when I had new bearings put in, didnt seem to make much difference (other than no bearing noise).

Would I be correct in saying my drums are stuffed if I lay them flat on both sides (front and back) and you can rock them from side to side like a table with a short leg or similar? :/
