Upgraded the headlight wiring (relays and fuses straight off the battery) and while doing I added another relay so most is done if I get driving lights later - will now only have to wire from the relay to the driving lights.
Even if the headlights aren't any brighter it should take a bit of load off the dipper switch so it won't melt.
