I'm busy working on Dexter after work a lot. Nothing too major.
Just niggly things that are best sorted for a longer outing from home.

What sort of stuff needs fixing? I usually give mine a once over before a trip, just checking bolts etc

1/ Squeeks and rattles. Done. Those bloody brake pad spring retainers definitely needed
2/ Different model washer bottle acquire and relocate. To do
3/ Horn fix. To do
4/Tyre change/repair gyzmo. To do
5/Rewire repositioned battery with 70mm2 cable. Done
6/Remove front E-Locker and work out why no worky. Done fixed.
7/Try solve front axle leak. Done, it self fixed.
7/Check rear diff fluid. To do
7/Fit inside fender liners cos don't want to carry 100kgs of mud everywhere in those pesky pockets and openings. To do
7/ I like the number 7


Pretty easy stuff. Just takes some hours


PS. I give it a once over after every weeken virtually. It actually sleeps at the hoist. I had a couple of very near mechanical misses that would've ended badly. Never again hopefully. Ask me on the weekend

Not sure, I met you guys at Pine Hut Soak Campground. I did the top bit of the Border Track on my own (pitch black) and went across the top of the park to the campground. What time are you thinking of driving up there Jim?
