Yup I've repainting - although some of it won't be sprayed - instead just think brush
Biggest issue right now is having the time to work on it......
Oh yeah whilst winching it about on the driveway on the weekend - I broke something....Not sure what yeah but something made a very loud & unhealthy crack

I bought Timmys other wide track J- truck about a month ago now for $500 , it's an 68' J200 with dana 44's front ( closed knuckle ) and back with 4.27 ratio , 232 ( I think ) , T-18 , D 20 .

I have already taken the cabin off , chassis is complete with engine , driveline all still there . I am planning out my project now , considering all options . I have a AMC 360 , TF 727 , 208 from an 82' cherokee i had .

At the moment i think i will rebuild or get the 727 built ( stage 2 ) , lately have considered about getting a 392 hemi in a re-builder and build it to how i like to go behind the 727, but now after looking into it more & finding out about them , am kind of looking else where, maybe fresh'n the 360 up , get new external parts ( new front cover /oil pump , new custom D.U.I distributor , Air-gap manifold , headers ,new edelbrock Aluminuim heads etc - and use the 360 until i can get my hands on a 401 shortmotor to blueprint .

The 360 is a weaker block , cast crank , rods , etc , seems like a waste of money to spend money on it. Thinking about keeping the D20 T/case as i see alot of people running them behing strong motors , just rebuild it and upgrade some parts.

After work tonight i went to a aford Ftruck wreckers and went looking for a high pinion ,open knuckle D44 front end . the only ones i saw where incomplete , so might just get the pumkin and inner C's , knuckles and build one for the front, may even do a rear , I saw heaps of rear dana 60 ,70's in full-float , drums brake , they were strewn all over the place. 35 slpine , full float rear dana 60 - now that's a possibilty.

I will putting a heap of stuff up on ebay soon.
