Default 2012 Grand Cherokee 3L CRD fuse box dilemmas

Hi,
So much conflicting information I am hoping someone can clarify this situation.
Fuses and relays in my 2012 GC 3.0 litre CRD.
I know there is a set of 5 fuses mounted underneath the positive post for the remote battery jump/charging post, photo attached all test ok. What do you call this as it is the main power hot from the battery and is more than a terminal or connector, is this the PDC?
I know the main fuses and relays are in the large PDC/TIPM box. I know there is an auxiliary fuse box for the CRD but which one is it?
There is another small box behind the main box, what is that one called and what is it for?
There is another small box on the other side just behind the airbox, what is that one called and what is it for? See photo.
Many thanks, Adrian
