It will be pretty obvious to you when you pull one out.
Basically, the front face of the cone is left to free float, when the entire outer surround/suspension edge should be stuck to the rim of the chassis.
If you push the cone upward from underneath you will see the surround come free, when it should still be attached and stopping it from going too far forward, but still with some suspension in it.
It's only like a couple of mil of surface area.
So, depending on how yours has come unattached, you can lay glue on the rim of the chassis and push the surround cloth down onto it, or if it has lifted right on the tip, or torn, then hold the edge of the surround onto the rim and glue it over the top of the join into place and hold it til it dries.
It may even be different on the same speaker, eg. one part may be slightly ripped, where the rest has just lifted etc.
