Ryan, PM me your user name on Myswag, Teabag (mod) on there is a good mate of mine and I'll word him up to get things sorted. that said, he's in the Navy and may be away at sea picking up asylum seekers, his favourite job LOL
I would extend the drawbar, which would make it better for towing and especially reversing, and put a toolbox on where the jerry can holders are, move the jerry holders forward then an angled 'V' stoneshield in front of that. make the new drawbar out of 4" x 2" box section (at least) so its strong, and draw the point of the V against the tow hitch at the right height, using a Treg, Orac or similar hitch. 50mm ball is ordinary at best offroad. You could always mount the toolbox offset to one side with either 2x jerry can holders or LPG gas bottle holders mounted on the offset side.
If room/drawbar length permits, mount a couple of 150mm PVC pipe pole/fishing rod carriers between the toolbox and the camper body where its tucked away from stones etc. Draw bar length will make the trailer more stable, and will not be an issue if you have already done a spring over and have bigger tyres to match the vehicle height. We had a Kimberley Kamper with gullwing box, 4 x jerry holder, 2 x 3.9kg gas bottles and stone shield on a loooooong drawbar and only once dragged the bottom of the drawbar in the dirt. (see pic below)
If using long springs (Lux or similar will work well) get some rebound springs mounted in the spring pack too if not using shocks.
