I run a High Angle Driveline 1350 CV rear shaft (high misalignment 1350 CV on the t'case end, 1350 on the diff yolk).

In the front I run a 1310 CV, with a 1350 on the diff end... I've seen heaps of u-joints bust on the diff end, but very rare to see a CV (double cardin) bust...

Shane.....what slip yoke you running on the rear...the JB one only list CV type for 1310 and 1330..

is there much strengh advantage running just a larger uni at the diff end on your front shaft or is it just to match the yoke size on the diif??

Cheers

Sorry mate - Running an Atlas so no slip yolk...

I've seen many more unis bust on the diff end than I have double cardins bust on the t'case end - so yes, I believe that running a bigger uni on the diff end does improve the overall strength of the setup.
