Default Gasket questions

Hey guys
I have a 97 and a 98 xj turbo diesel I have a couple of questions re the exhaust gaskets
So I'm swapping the turbos over and have opted to remove the exhaust manifolds to remove them.
Q 1 - can you reuse the exhaust gasket if in good condition?
Q 2 - does anyone know where to purchase exhaust gaskets for the 97 xj-td? (I found some in the sticky post [2011]via repco but they don't seem to be available anymore)
I found a couple of kits from the gasket shop uk (see pictures)
Q 3 - my 97 xj-td does it have a 4 piece head gasket or a 1 piece head gasket? @Layback40 do you have any advice to how I can find out exactly what engine I have in my new 97? .. I know the vacuum pump is on the front as you advised with my different alternator set up and I believe my exhaust gaskets are independent gaskets not the one piece type including the intake and exhaust manifold gasket in my 98 xj-td, was your 97 the same?
Q 4 - what gasket sealers do you guys use?

1/ HG ~~ if you look closely at the top of the block just in front of the front head, in front of the plate that supports the front 2 head bolts, you can look for HG. if its individual HG's the plate will rest on the block with no HG under it. If its a single HG, the HG extends under the plate. Both mine have one piece HG's. I have no idea of any other way to determine. You cant use individual HG's on an engine that has plates for a single HG. If you want to use a single HG on an engine that has had individual ones you need to get the plates (front & back) machined.

2/ I have reused exhaust gaskets with no problem. most high temp exhaust sealer pastes will work. You cant get the good asbestos based ones any more. I use Hylomar exhaust gasket sealer that I purchased from the UK. On the inlet manifold I use high temp red silicone.

3/ I have purchased the HG set in the top pic from the UK.

ditto with what lb says but make sure you match the thickness of head gasket by the notches so you have a spare
