Drivers A pillar gauge mounts

I saw there was some old posts about this, but I can find no info on who sells/makes them.
Anyone in the know?

There were some fibreglass ones being made in Sydney ( IIRC ) but apparently color, quality and fit was very variable. Seem to have disappeared.

I've seen one of the initial ones fitted and honestly it just looked too big and chunky for the A pillar... didn't fit in at all. Looked DIY and tacked on.

Obviously with anything from the US you need to ensure its for RHD not LHD unless you want the passengers to keep an eye on things

I have the Rugged Ridge ones on both pillars and I'm quite happy with them. They are about $40 odd and are all over ebay.

Just remember to order a passenger side one if you want your on your drivers side.

Also order the ones for your year model as they are a different texture from 2007 - 2010 and 2011 - 2015

Yeah, I recall the glass ones.
All others seem to be suited to LHD, and I need gauge mounts - not switches.
Might have to DIY the sucker, although hoping not.

I should have read the title closer

Do a search on ebay for JK Wrangler A pillar. I have noticed that the gauge ones are starting to become more common there.

There are single gauge ones called Bully Dog 32305 but they aren't cheap. Though getting them in RHD could be a problem.

The plus side is that with so many people using pillar mount switch pods, your pretty likely to be able to pick up a stock plastic bit to work off..... no harm done if its a flop
