Perth powerlines open to public?
Hi guys,
Recently picked up a 2011 JK (tons of great info from this site really helped the decision!). Anyway, keen to go out and get it dirty. I go mountain biking up in the hills quite often and ride over the powerlines track a fair bit and have always thought it looks like great 4x4 fun. What I was wondering - is it legal to drive down there without a permit? I work away and know that we have to obtain permits for any driving along powerlines tracks so didn't want to get in any trouble back in Perth!
Thanks for any help!

Have fun out there - just be wary of the puddles on the Powerlines this time of year - some of them look tame enough but will swallow your nice new 2011 JK whole.
Every winter there are tales of woe on a Perth forum from guys who drove straight into puddles up there before checking them out first.
