That's a good idea Alex I have been thinking about them for a while now .. but as of late the 99 chewed through my pocket money it will be on the list for next year the battery did not solve my laptop charging issues it looks like it is the DC port I have a new one coming in the post it was only $12 but I have to pull the whole thing apart to split it to change the port ........... what fun any way the 96 seems to be behaving itself since I changed the overflow hose ...
I still haven't changed the gearbox mount on the 99 or done anything all that can wait until next year the plan is now get it on the road around May
Otherwise I feel like a Borg that has been Disconnected from the Collective

My Dell laptop had the same problem recently. I bought the DC jack and gave it to a shop to fit as I simply had no time.
I get home next week, so me and the boy will be working on the daughters Grand Cherokee. Lots of work crawling around underneath....

Any updates on the stereo console centre bezel paint/dip project.

Cheers,

I think the idea is excellent also, but wonder exactly how the temperature is sensed, I believe the terminal lugs are bolted to the engine and trans?

and the alarm temp is programable ?

I would prefer a digital alarm that sensed the fluid temps, although such an item probably does not exist, and once you have established the normal running temps of the metal, that is a good guideline

With engine guard you can get a ‘coolant sensor’ upgrade wiring harness kit for about $35.00.
