Default How to remove inner door skin to get to lock actuator?

I'm really struggling here. I have a rear door lock actuator which is not working, it's been not functioning for a while now sometimes it required 2 presses of the key fob lock button to actually lock, slowly getting worse now it wont work at all.

I can hear the motor struggling to attempt to lock but it just cant do it.

I've removed the door skin, now I have the inner skin to remove to get to the lock actuator but I am really struggling to work out how the inner skin comes off?? It has the window slide attached to it so cannot fit out of where it is attached.

Any advice would be VERY much appreciated.

I think I used these instructions for the front. The rear is supposed to be much the same. Not sure, it was a while ago when I had to do it... JK front door panel disassembly guide

Thanks.

I struggled and eventually worked it out. I'm realising everything on the Wrangler needs to be removed at exactly the right angle, with 0.1mm precision, nothing comes apart easily haha

I also removed the fan and shroud this morning... its my 4th or 5th time doing so and isnt that an annoying disaster. Many curse words were spoken today.
