Another Convert

Hi Jeepdownunder........

I finally got one!!!, after trying to buy... I think this is the 6th, I finally got one before it was sold,,,

Now the proud owner of 1997 ZG, colour Black, 170,000Ks bought on ebay for 11 grand, needs some tyres but that's OK. Drives Beautifully, and runs like a dream. I believe it was worth the wait, and all the trolling on the PC, and car yards. It has taken a while but now I have got it....... I nearly bought a deisel landrover in frustration of not being able to find the right Jeep !!!!!!

Anyway, now I can join the club... any new advice that you can offer will be gratefully received. And thanks for all your help in the beginning. By the way, I thought vehicles had done away with grease nipples ??? this has nine of them that I have to fill at regular intervals - novel idea !!

Thanks JDU, now I can start pestering you for advice ...

finally saw the light i see and bought a zj,congrats,11g is a good price,what happened to the xj?.
did you see the grand in werribee for 18g with 69,000 on the clock?

No No I converted some one to Jeep and he bought a ZG. This is my third conversion. I think I might be evil...!

PS: I told him to Join the forum so he can get advise from you guys. "Oh" by the way I've mentioned Grands have to give way to XJs

Last week at barry hopper motors,opposite ballan holden on the corner,next to railway crossing.it was very,very clean,thought about it but in the end im happy with the one ive got .
