Anyone go to the arb garage sale? I went to the one in Melbourne. Nothing really jk specific apart from a rear bar and tyre carrier for $1000. Was missing bolts and probably needed a paint. If I was in the market for a new one it would have been a very good price.

Yeah I picked up the diesel 64L Long Ranger tank pretty cheap, I am looking at fabricating a bash plate for it though. That with the oem tank means 1,200kms in range and I have the Or Fab tyre carrier that holds 2 jerry cans as well for just in case!

Roadside is a different story with it coming down to the viewpoint of the police present. I know of a few people that have had dramas with highway police over (petrol) jerry cans on the outside of the car. Diesel seems to be tolerated, but petrol is deemed to be a dangerous good as is subject to all the considerations of transporting a dangerous good.
Diesel is a combustible liquid and not a flammable liquid, meaning it technically comes under hazardous materials rather than dangerous materials - this is why it is overlooked by authorities... It is still covered by the Flammable & Combustible Liquid charter for storage and transport but has separate guidelines...

Fitted my Neoprene seat covers. Both front and rear for $269 delivered so I'm really happy with them.

Setting up a trailer for my JK.....to tow my camping gear. I prefer to tow than carry all the gear, means I can use the back seat if necessary (mines a SWB).

Next door neighbor gave me an old box trailer when he moved out......I've been re-working it to run JK wheels and cleaning it up and painting it (Dulux Epoxy Metal Paint had a tint that was almost a perfect match for my Dozer MY13).

Almost finished, just need to fit the fender extensions and wire it up.

I found them way too hot, sweated like a mofo, even on cold days - they don't breath at all...
