Sounds like a fair deal, your best bet would be to get one of the experienced mexican jeepers off this forum to go along with you. Not saying they should hold your hand but they will be able to tell you a good one from a lemon, but all Jeeps have very different characteristics...Its a Jeep thing.

Red is also the best colour, not black or silver..

mmm yeah... well the ad said its in glenroy and its a jeep wrangler sport. its not a renegade. and since its 1998 im pretty sure the km's would be pretty low? unless they drove interstate every week? i just wish i could get a hold of the person!!

For $16k I'd say it would have over 120,000 on the clock.

Have a look around underneath the vehicle for mud. If it looks like its been through a lot of it, I'd be wary.

The Jeep Jamboree was in October in Marysville, Vic.
200+ Jeeps turned up for Mud, Mayhem & Mucho drinking.
