Default WK2 driving lights/light bars

I have decided to fit a new bullbar, probably ARB, to the new Trailhawk.
Can anyone offer up suggestions for extra light power? Primarily for long distance/touring, so decent spot but also need good spread for those pesky Roos.
I have been looking at a mix of LED driving spots and maybe a light bar as well but there is a huge range out there and it’s a bit overwhelming. So hoping for a few pointers.
Might be a silly question, but are there any light bars that do a bit of both? Spot and spread?

Haha, great topic and I think its mostly personnel preference and how much you want to pay. At present I have a 24" lightbar on the ARB that claims a mixture of spot reflectors and spread, just a single row of 5w LEDs and this works well though limited to distance spot. Also decided to get a 40" lightbar on the Roofrack that has 40 10w LEDs again with a mixture (a cheapy 4WD Supercentre one) and this gives a fantastic spread.
Re-thinking and now that 4WD Supercentre have released a 9" LED spottie with (supposedly) a spot distance of over 800m and they are very well priced and with Osram LEDs, so might take off the lightbar from the ARB and replace with these, gives me good distance and the top bar gives me a great spread up closer.
I don't do a lot of night driving and cannot justify spending 3 to 4 times the price for ARB or Lightforce gear!

totally agree with markus, how much do you want to spend . I have lightforce htx230 lights on mine and find the spread and distance is awesome. another good light to look at are the narva 215's . done country driving at night with wk2's with the narva's and if i didn't have my htx230's i would get a pair in an instant . you have to weight up how much night driving you do to justify your outlay . i do alot of night driving so $1500 on a pair of lights that give me the coverage is fine with me . I also don't have to run spots and lightbar due to the design of the htx .

I've got the https://www.stedi.com.au/stedi-type-x-led.html units on my Wrangler, was the best performance for the $$ when I did my basic analysis.

I have been doing a bit of research and came across a lot of good feedback on the ultra vision Maxx LED light bar. I did put the link up but removed it because not sure if that’s allowed on here...

Happy to spend $1000 on decent quality lights but want spot and spread for that price, the 20 inch combo is about that price. Does anyone know much about these?

Oh, I’m steering away from the ARB bullbar because I’ve read a few uncomplimentary reviews. Anyone with an ARB care to share your thoughts? I’m looking at the uneek again.

I have the unique bar on the WK2 and very happy with it. Had a ARB on WH and was happy with that also.
As for lights, I have steered away from LED's as I find the bright pool of light right in front of you to be hard on the eyes after a while, so have the IPF900's with one spot and one spread beam with 130w bulbs and find them pretty much as good as I want.I do plenty of night driving on country roads.

I don’t really want to derail this thread talking about bull bars but I read that ARB are having them made overseas now and quality has dropped off? Not sure if it is true.

Anyway back to lights, I have also noted a few comments like yours about the LEDs. But I guess there are LEDs and there are LEDs..... get what you pay for and it would seem there have been huge improvements in LED technology even in the last 24 months or so...

Also with light bars, it would seem some of the longer ones get destroyed on corrugated roads because they are mounted on bull bars, especially as they are often fixed at either end resulting in a “wobble board” affect I guess.
