extra weight of the 4dr should push the average to around 11.5-12 Id imagine.
My CRD always had a long run 2 or 3 times a week on the freeway for a few hrs. If you only do constant short trips during the week EGR soot would definitely affect mileage.

2008 JKU 6-speed manual with 4.10 ratios, 2.5" AEV lift, front and rear ARB bars, LRA tank, 34" tyres, roof bars with awning and GDE tune as my daily driver 9.4L/100km calculated. my dash normally reads 10L/100km.

Pic of bog stock 2013 2 door auto couple of months after getting it.
Now with 265's, 2" lift, bar winch and lights i average around 12L/100kms in town and still hit 10ish on longer trips.
before the tyres i had a enclose bike trailer on, weighing about a tonne and was getting 12Ls going up to the central coast...
this is all a big change from the TJ i had that got 20-23L/100kms everywhere (town, fourby, highway)

I'm with Grahame, 2011: 33's bar work. drive it like an ol' mole and get 14 around town and not much less doing 100 on the straight.
