Default Clean Up Australia Day Sunday 6th March

This Sunday will see the club combine with the Sunshine Coast Jeep Club, Moreton Districts Club and the Sunshine Coast Landrover club to take part in Clean Up Australia Day.

We are conducting clean up activites in the Glasshouse area, including the powerlines, the reds and associated areas, and currently have over 100 registered helpers!

Thanks to 4wdQLD and HQ Plantations for their support!

Meeting at the HQ Office on Red Rd - registrations and sausage sizzle at the back of the office.

So when you come off Steve Irwin Way and onto Red Road up a little bit of a hill turn right and the office is right there on the corner. Drive around the back and there will be plenty of parking.
There will be directional signage out.
Please aim for a 7.45am arrival!

We are back there by 12 for a BBQ.

We will have a tent setup at the top of Big Red as a marshalling point and dropoff point for rubbish as well, but all need to sign in at Red rd first.

Default Clean Up Australia Day Sunday 6th March

A great day in all for people involved in this event. We want to thank everybody that attended & took time out of their Sunday to get down & dirty picking up after people who unfortunately don't respect what we have.

We had a total of 4 Qld clubs involved from all brands joined together in this effort.

A total of 8 trailers in addition to 3 massive piles that was collected by the local waste management team from just the Jeep Clubs alone - there were another 5-6 trailer loads collected by the Land Rover Club involved.

Hopefully this is sending a positive message out to all the 4wd community about rubbish disposal & management.

Attached are some pics of the day [emoji4]
