Default CSR Ethanol Retreat 250
Hey guys.
Has anyone heard much about this?
I'm headed up for a look to check out some offroad racing!
Hopefully there are a few class 7 and 8 cars there to check out the latest cool bits for offroad race 4B's!
This is a 250K offroad race up in Mackay so I imagine it's going to be gruelling on equipment!
Can't wait to see some of this in the flesh. I know it's not really that spectator friendly but hopefully it will be worth a look and definately worth a look at the equipment on show!

Sorry I should of said it's up in QLD near Mackay...



Anyone else thinking of checking it out??

Hey Ian... did I miss the sarcasim over the net?

I thought there was a fair few races down south... you don't see many up this way! And being a 250 will be pretty exciting I reckon.... I've been to a few short course events and gymkana style races but keeping it together for 250Km's is pretty cool!

And I'm thinking if I get the bug from this one I'm gonna head south for the Goondi 400 in October! Hopefully then I'll get to see the likes of Hunter, DeBrewi and the rest of the crazy jeepers!!!

he he... cool. I didn't think you were being smart I just thought you guys had a fair bit of Offroad Racing down your way near Ipswich?
Have you ever been out to the Goondawindi 400 before?
I always thought it was pretty cool but after watching DUSTED again for the 500th time last night I made the decision that I'm going this year to check it out.
Hopefully Matt Attard and Brad Gallard are there jumping their trophy trucks on "ZOO Road" (don't know if that will take off as much as Mexican version but it's still a solid strip of jumps!)

Anyway
Hopefully a few jeepers find their way north to race....
