For anyone not aware - it's running 15th - 22nd May 2009. The event Schedule is


Friday May 15th

Registration
Marshal brief
Press conference

Saturday May 16th

Show and Shine at Plaza
Official Driver brief
Evening Prologue

Sunday May 17th

Broken Hill Motorkhana
Head out to property 1

Monday & Tues

Competition on property one

Tuesday & Wed

Competition on property two

Thursday & Fri

Competition on property three

Friday 22nd

Evening Presentation

So far I haven't seen many updates - but a few pics are slowly appearing on the net.

any more of the king in action ? heard he may have had issues with his royal
chariot not wanting to idle .

According to outers:
Als winch tried to self destruct - but they have welded it back together (only 12v now).
Max & Cosmo are one of only 4 teams so far not to have a DNF - So he's in a good position to do even better than last year
But it's very early with 4 days of competition left yet......

Last I read about AlMac was had an onboard BBQ - No update that I have seen yet.
