Late notice now but for those interested the first ever MOPARS IN MACKAY is on this saturday 22nd of August.
Day will start off with a show and shine at the mackay aero club.
Following the show will be a street cruise through town ending at the palmyra drag strip for a test and tune where the mopar will show up all the local commonwhores and ricers.

Official info for the day.

Entrants $25 includes a bag of goodies including a Mopars In Mackay shirt.
General Admission $5 for adults. Children free.
A licensed bar will be operating, but we all know we don't drink and drive
Food will available at the Aero Club eg BBQ style
Entrants open from 7.30am
Open to General Public from 9am
Judging from 9am to 12pm
Presentations 1pm
Show closes and assembles for cruise at 1.30pm

Cruise will last around 1hr 15min out to Palmyra Dragway

$35 to race
General Admission $10
Gates open 3pm (will be open for us Mopar people as we should arrive a little before this)
Racing from 4pm to 8pm
Open to all types of car Test'n'tune style grudge racing.

So if your in the area come down and have a look at the show or come down to the drags in the afternoon, promises to be an unreal day of mopar action. Racing should be pretty sweet with the track fully being prepped for the occasion and acouple of the fastest NQ mopars coming out to play. Side by side 9 second passes from mackay local charger and townsville barracuda will definately be a highlight of the night.

Hope to see some other jeepers around the place.

If anyone around the rocky area is interested in going up i'll be leaving around 3-4pm friday arvo.
