Default Wheel alignment issue

I took my JK for a wheel alignment this morning as it was pulling hard left. The bloke from Jax Tyres explained that they fixed it the best they could but the way it's set up from the factory means it requires a camber or caster correction kit. Anyone had experience with this? He said he would do the ring around and see how much this costs. Any advice is appreciated

From what very limited knowledge i have, you can only adjust toe in and diff centering, not camber or caster.
If it's pulling one way or the other you may have possibly bent a track bar or panhard rod or other steering component.
Could be your front tyre is way down on pressure (speaking from my own idiotic experience).

Jax Tyres are full of shit. Camber is unadjustable as it is set by tour ball joints on the axle. They can only adjust toe in or out which is easy. steering centre is a small adjustment of your tie rod.
Go elsewhere.

Freetripper already mentioned it but I'd be checking tyre pressures first.

JKs all pull to the left a bit, but it shouldn't be too bad. The design will follow the camber of the road.

Mine pulls left most of the time, but if I'm in the right lane on the motorway, it will go right as the camber is the other way there.

Can you try driving on the wrong side of the road on a quiet street & see if it still pulls left? If it does, you have a problem. If not, you don't.

My TJ did the same thing.

Caster can be adjusted if you get adjustable lower or upper control arms. But for camber, you'd need to source offset ball joints.

Did they check the thrust line? This has to do with the axle alignment between the front & rear axles, to ensure they are parallel. If one was a bit out of line, that would put you on a permanent circle.

From what he explain, he said that the wranglers come out from the US with one wheel slightly in front of the other and because they are on the opposite side of the road it’s suited to the way the camber of their roads are. But when they are imported to Australia they leave this, give our roads slope to the left it makes the vehicle pull left more then what it should. He said they could do the alignment but it would never be perfect without a kit which would allow them to make the necessary adjustments

How bad is it for you? And does it pull left or right when the camber is the other way?

Mine just follows the camber whichever side it's on. I have stock control arms, so standard axle position.
