Default Bestest Camping spot ever

We headed out over the long weekend to the bestest camp spot with our new camper

Not only is it less the 30 minutes to a small country town it is extremely hard to find plus less than a five minute drive for good mobile reception (optus)

We could camp close enough to the river to get an endless supply of water for the hot water system to supply the shower.

Freshly chopped up firewood was left by the previous campers

We had a choice of sitting under small waterfalls sitting in shallow pools or swimming in several deep water holes

The view up one of the rivers

The view down the other looking out on the swimming hole

\
Even the insects were pretty

Some of the natives weren't so friendly but we didn't bother them and they didn't bother us

We did a day drive to a famous Hut

Found a couple of old huts

and Ash I found a bus for you

Check out the wood paneling

Very complex dash

Loved this dead tree

Another potential camping spot for the future

This looks absolutely awesome....dare you to share directions or coordinates
My 4yo loves camping and wheeling, I'd be stoked to take her somewhere like this.

Sorry not this time this spot is very special and a fluke we ever stumbled across it

But any where along the Crooked River Dargo, Buckland Valley and the Crooked River are well suited for family camping with plenty to see and do

It's a camping spot! Not a hunting or fishing spot! How often are you going to go that forum members are going to spoil your next trip? Anyway the best camping spot is along awinya creek fraser island. Swiming, fishing, animal everywhere private.

I've camped at that site and in that hut. Have to agree, they're pretty bloody good. Now how much you gunna pay me not to tell everybody where they are.

On second thoughts, I won't tell if you don't.
