personally, i think these things are a waste of money for the AH you get out of them

i grabbed an ARK powerpack (original one) and added an 80AH battery - cost a bit more, around $300, but it will last alot longer

a fridge will (cycle) around 5amps/hour (prob just under)so thats 3hrs of use solid, add on off phase and i reckon you might get another two

BUT, at the end of the day, that suits me, this may suit you

In terms of power yeah spending more will get you more, is nice and compact compared with some others and has the USB option and re-charge option.

I built a battery box for the boat. Used 4 x 12v 7AH slab batteries (the kind they use in alarm systems) and stuck them in parallel in a waterproof box I had lying around. Set up two screw terminals on top and hey presto - 28AH gell battery pack for the boat.

The boat has a small 15amp charging system and all I run is the nav lights and internal lights (all lights now LED), stationary light and the radio so very minimal draw and probably could have gotten away with 2 or even 1 of the batteries.

Of course mine doesn't have USB or built in charging, but when home I simply plug the charger in for a few hours before going fishing.

Batteries cost me about $17 each from memory (trade price).
